Group Therapy
Groups, Workshops & Community Gatherings Intentional spaces for reflection, shared learning, and meaningful connection, designed to support emotional clarity, embodiment, and personal renewal.
Reconnect with eachother
A Place to grow in community
Group work offers something different from individual therapy; the chance to learn, reflect, and connect alongside others who share similar questions, experiences, or seasons of life. Each gathering is thoughtfully curated to help participants slow down, listen inwardly, and explore topics that matter most, without pressure, performance, or comparison. These aren’t clinical groups; they’re supportive, human-centered spaces where you can feel seen and encouraged just by showing up.
Why Community matters
There are insights we discover alone, and then there are insights that only emerge when we sit with others. Something shifts when you hear your own story echoed in someone else’s expression or experience. You begin to realize you’re not alone. You feel less hidden, more connected, and often more grounded.
These gatherings are built around the belief that we heal in relationship, not just in one-on-one conversations, but in community spaces where empathy and understanding naturally deepen.
Gatherings that support renewal
Sasha hosts a variety of community-based experiences throughout the year. Each is designed to meet you where you are, offering reflection, clarity, and connection.
Workshops: Focused, topic-based sessions that invite you to explore a specific theme, such as emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, or reconnecting with your inner world, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Women’s Gatherings: Warm, reflective spaces created for women who want to reconnect with themselves and others. These gatherings often weave together conversation, embodiment practices, and shared insights.
The Renewal Gala: A signature annual event celebrating compassion, growth, and community among women. This evening blends reflection, connection, and expression, offering a meaningful pause from daily life and a chance to remember your inherent worth.

Reclaiming Your Voice
A 6-Week Pilot Group for Women Who “Fawn”
Many women learned to absorb outer chaos. Keep the peace. Make others comfortable. Don’t be selfish. But over time, this “fawning” response becomes exhausting, and can cost us our clarity, boundaries, and even our self-trust. This 6-week pilot group (limited to 6 participants) is designed to help women understand the body’s reason for fawning, and begin learning to hold boundaries with steadiness. How to be direct and clear, while respectful.
Each session includes brief education, guided reflection, experiential exercises, and optional sharing.
You will:
- Learn how the fawn response develops as a survival strategy
- Identify how it shows up in your body and relationships
- Practice boundary language in supportive, structured ways
- Strengthen your capacity to tolerate others’ disappointment
- Reconnect with a grounded sense of inner authority
If you’ve spent years being the strong one, the accommodating one, or the peacekeeper and you’re ready to practice something different, this group may be for you.
