Individual therapy offers a calm, supportive environment where you can take a closer look at your inner world without judgment or urgency. Many people arrive feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed by transitions, or aware of patterns they’ve outgrown but don’t yet know how to shift.

Here, the focus is on helping you listen more closely to yourself, your emotions, your needs, and the parts of you that have been trying to hold everything together. You’ll learn how to navigate life with more clarity, compassion, and internal steadiness.

A Thoughtful, Human-Centered Approach

Sasha’s approach is grounded, relational, and deeply attuned to the inner world of each client. She integrates Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help people understand the different voices and patterns within them, the parts that protect, push, avoid, over-function, or feel overwhelmed, while strengthening connection to a steadier, wiser center. She also uses embodied emotional regulation to help clients notice how stress and uncertainty show up in the body and build greater calm, clarity, and self-trust. Above all, therapy with Sasha feels like a real relationship: thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply human. Rather than a detached or purely clinical process, it is a space where clients can feel met with care, honesty, and respect.
